These Syn Free Potato Twisters are the best thing to accompany a steak on a Saturday night. That’s exactly how we enjoyed them and they were beautiful!

I really like potatoes, but there’s only so many ways that you can enjoy potatoes.
Roasted, chipped, sautéed, spiralized, fondant.. the list is endless! I bet you didn’t expect to find Twisters on that list.
How do I cut the Syn Free Potato Twisters?
I cut these by hand and don’t worry, we’ll have a video up very soon! The secret is to hold a sharp, thin knife at an angle and cut the opposite way that you’re turning the potato.
Don’t let the knife get away from you your spiral will be too big and they’ll take far too long to cook.
Once you’ve cut them give them a good spray with Frylight and sprinkle the seasoning (below in the recipe!) over the Twisters making sure to cover well.
You then pop them in the oven for a little while, then sprinkle on some cheese & spring onion. Pop them back in the oven, and then they’re ready!
You only need to use a fraction of your HEA, or not even at all if you choose to!
A handy tip is to use a very fine grater for the cheese. That way your HEA will go that little bit further. We’ve just discovered these graters, and they are fab!
