We’ve tossed ours in Cornish sea salt; we’d recommend buying different flavours of sea salt so you can mix things up week-by-week.

The trick with tofu is to make sure you drain it well before cooking. Our Sesame Tofu Sticks with Peanut Sauce recipe walks you through how to get the best from your tofu strips.

Itsu Vegetable Steamed Dumplings – 234 calories per pack

itsu vegetable steamed dumplings with Breadsticks featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (234 calories per pack).

As soon as you spot the Itsu butterfly, you know you’re in for a healthy treat. You might remember we already tried (and loved!) the Itsu Chicken Soup Dumplings, so we’re very happy to have nabbed a pack of these Itsu Vegetable Steamed Dumplings.

Filled with a miso broth, greens, ginger and edamame, you can steam them from frozen in the bag, microwave them, or throw them straight in a pan.

They’d go down really well in a comforting bowl of noodle-filled broth, like this Chicken Shiitake Mushroom and Chilli recipe. So easy to throw together, this is one of our go-to meals when we’re not sure what we fancy – and at the start of the year, that happens quite a lot!

To cut the carbs down, swap out noodles or rice and bulk it out with even more chopped veg.

Two bowls are filled with Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Chicken Shiitake and Mushroom Chilli Broth.

Itsu vegetable steamed dumplings are available from Tesco, priced at £3.00 per pack.

Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Ready to Cook Sticky Miso Glazed MSC Cod Fillets – 129 calories per 1/2 pack

Sainsbury's Ready to Cook Sticky Miso Glazed MSC Cod Fillets, Taste the Difference featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (129 calories per 1/2 pack).

It’s one of our slimming goals to eat more fish this month! This Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Ready to Cook Sticky Miso Glazed MSC Cod Fillets makes that delightfully simple, as the flaky cod fillets are already topped with a savoury mushroom, black pepper and garlic glaze.

They’ll make for a fantastic fish dish served over a fluffy portion of basmati rice with your favourite leafy veggies. We’d rustle up these effortless Chilli Roasted Greens to double up on fiery flavours.

If you aren’t a fan of spice, you can always reduce the amount of fresh chilli by half. The punchy ginger and lime glaze will still make your greens taste better than ever!

An oven dish is filled with a freshly-cooked batch of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Chilli Roasted Greens.

Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Ready to Cook Sticky Miso Glazed MSC Cod Fillets are available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £5.25 for a pack of 2 fillets.

Specially Selected Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache – 255 calories per pot

Specially Selected Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (255 calories per pot).

If you love hazelnut as much as we do, you’ll be buzzing to see this Specially Selected Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache on this week’s list. It’s an irresistibly indulgent blend of milk chocolate, dark chocolate and hazelnut paste, all topped with decadent caramel chocolate curls.

Tuck in straight from the tub, or try a few spoonfuls in a bowl with fruit. A sprinkling of sea salt or a squirt of low-calorie cream never hurts!

Since we’re talking about chocolate, we have to tell you how obsessed we are with this Ninja Creami Hidden Veg Chocolate Ice Cream. Every silky-smooth, chocolatey scoop tastes so indulgent, you’d never guess the secret ingredient is blended cauliflower.

We also added reduced-fat ingredients like semi-skimmed milk and light double cream alternative to get the creamy texture just right. We still can’t believe it’s only 144 calories per portion…

A table is placed against a light pink wall, topped with a funky-striped tablecloth. On the table, 3 portions of Pinch of Nom's low-calorie Ninja Creami Hidden Veg Ice Cream are served in silver dessert dishes. Spoons wait to tuck in.

Specially Selected Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache is available from Aldi, priced at £1.19 per pot.

Bounty Roulade – 248 calories per slice (1/6 of roulade)

Bounty Roulade featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (248 calories per 1/6 slice of roulade).

You can always count on Iceland for unexpected frozen treats! This showstopping Bounty Roulade borrows the flavours from the coconutty chocolate bar, and turns them into an indulgent dessert that’s spot on for special occasions.

Topped with desiccated coconut and a dark chocolate drizzle, every slice of meringue roulade also has a nutty whipped dream swirled inside. It’s a Bounty lover’s dream!

The zestiness of lime makes for a heavenly pairing with coconut. We’ve used nifty reduced-fat swaps to make the cream in our Creamy Lime and Coconut Pots thick and smooth, without ramping up the calories.

It’s well worth digging to the bottom of the pot to reach the crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuit base.

Four of Pinch of Nom's Creamy Lime and Coconut Pots are served on pink plates inside individual glass ramekins, with spoons waiting to tuck in. A spoonful has already been scooped out of one of the puddings, revealing the Biscoff layers beneath the creamy top.

Bounty Roulade is available from Iceland, priced at £6.00 for a roulade that serves 6.
