Packed with tofu, chickpeas, onion and peppers, these Moroccan-style kebabs are rich in protein and flavour. One of the main reasons they’re so tasty is down to the spongy, fluffy texture of the tofu, which soaks up the flavours of the fragrant Middle Eastern spices. Blended to fuse everything together, it’s super simple and extra tasty! The creamy mint yoghurt on the side perfectly offsets the spices, cooling you down in between bites.
