Air Fryer Cloud Pancakes

There’s a reason these are called Cloud Pancakes – inspired by soft Japanese souffle-style pancakes, they’re fluffy, bouncy… and probably as close to what you can imagine biting into a cottony cloud is actually like. Less like your typical crêpes or American pancakes and more like a sponge cake, they’re certainly an exciting addition to your breakfast rotation. We’ve served them with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, but you could even add whipped cream and chocolate sauce to make it a dessert.
