We’ve marinated skinless salmon fillets in a punchy mix of sriracha, honey and lime, then crisped them up until caramelized around the edges and flaky in the middle. Paired with a zingy, roasted pineapple salsa, it’s the perfect fakeaway treat that’s light, juicy and bursting with colour.
