Air Fryer Creamy Sausage Gnocchi
There really aren’t many dishes cosier than a steaming bowl of gnocchi. We’ve made this one even cosier by tossing in tasty bites of low-fat sausage that add even more substance to these soft and chewy Italian dumplings. We’ve also popped in some fresh cherry tomatoes for a juicy burst of texture, not forgetting the basil garnish – a classic pairing for a reason!

If using a silicone liner, you may need to increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
Gnocchi are small Italian dumplings, typically made from potato and wheat flour. They come in a range of varieties, such as cauliflower, pumpkin, spinach, tomato and even stuffed with mozzarella! These are all suitable for this recipe, but do check the nutrition info, as some can be higher in calories than regular gnocchi.
