Air Fryer Pumpkin Bread
Everyone loves a fluffy banana loaf, and everyone’s always looking for pumpkin flavours once the temperatures start to drop, so we’ve combined the two to come up with this warming Pumpkin Bread. All you need to do is switch out the usual bananas for pumpkin puree – and we’ve added in some maple syrup to make things extra autumnal. And if you just can’t get enough of this spicy flavour, the puree we’ve used is available all year round.
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
We used Clarks Original Maple Syrup with Carob Syrup.
We've used tinned pumpkin puree which is available all year round online or seasonally in the supermarket. Alternatively, you can cook your own pumpkin until soft and mash or blitz until smooth.
