- 1 medium Potato
Instructions
- Place your potato on a plate and prick the skin all over with a fork - mind your fingers!
- Pop into the microwave for 7-8 minutes.
- Take your potato out of the microwave and use a sharp knife to very carefully cut a cross on the top. Take care during this step as the potato will be very hot!
- Squeeze the sides of the potato to open it up.
- Fill with your favourite topping!
