Add the beans, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, sweetcorn, tomato puree, Henderson’s relish, and sweetener. Mix and return to the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 5
The sausages and vegetables should be cooked through and the sauce thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.

Hi Lynn, you can leave out the sweetener or swap out for sugar if you prefer. It balances out the sometimes sharp flavour from tinned tomatoes hope that helps!
