Get in one of your five a day with these Crispy Green Beans. They’ll brighten up your plate, add some texture and bring some delicious cheesy flavour.
You can make these using fresh or frozen green beans and they’ll work out perfectly every time. We’ve added panko breadcrumbs and some Parmesan cheese to liven up your greens, so they’re still full of goodness but way tastier.
Serve them on the side of your roast dinner – they’re beautiful with our Roast Beef and Gravy. Or why not add a healthy twist to burger night? These are so good as an alternative to chips or fries.
We’ve cooked these in the oven until they’re crispy, but if you’d prefer, you can also make them using the air fryer.
What diets are these Crispy Green Beans suitable for?
These Crispy Green Beans are suitable for vegetarians as long as you replace the Parmesan with a vegetarian Italian hard cheese.
You can also make this recipe gluten free by swapping the panko breadcrumbs with a gluten free alternative.
Please make sure to double or triple check all of your ingredients if you’re cooking for people with allergies.

You should cook these Crispy Green Beans until the cheese and breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy. This should take around 15 minutes in the oven.
