Just when you thought that Eggnog couldn’t get much better, we’ve combined it with espresso to create a delicious, creamy Eggnog Latte!

We’ve used our Eggnog recipe in this drink, so you’ll need to make a batch of that before you start. As Eggnog is usually enjoyed cold you’ll notice that our Eggnog recipe allows some time for the drink to chill before serving.

Our Eggnog Latte is a non-alcoholic recipe, but if you’re after a boozier, more grown up treat, then simply add around 100ml of brandy when you make your Eggnog.

Our Eggnog Latte is the perfect way to warm up after a cold, wintery walk and the addition of a little brandy makes it even better!

Or, if you’re after an even more indulgent treat, then try our Mulled Wine or visit our Christmas recipes collection for more inspiration.

Just made this & it’s very nice. Not as creamy or calorific as proper eggnog, which I love. The whole thing is time consuming so not one to make in a hurry (my egg mixture split the first time). I added a wee bit of brandy for an extra treat. Thank you for the recipe I’ll definitely make again.

Hi Tracy, the idea for this recipe was just another way to use our Eggnog recipe and we thought a warm glass combined with a latte was just the trick and worth the little extra effort to make. The addition of the brandy sounds lovely I’ve not tried it that way yet so thanks for the tip!
