Everyone knows the perfect roastie should be crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, and these Garlic and Parmesan Potatoes take it to the next level! Inspired by Italian flavours, we’ve tossed our roasties in a mouthwatering mixture of fresh garlic, Parmesan and herbs.
This salty, savoury, cheesy coating works its magic in the oven, turning golden and crispy, for your best ever roast potatoes. Not only do these take your Sunday dinner up a notch, they also make the perfect pairing for lots of Italian-style dishes.
Try serving them with meatballs or this Creamy Lemon Chicken – they make for a tasty change from pasta.
It’s really important that all your spuds are the same size when they go into the oven (otherwise some will cook more quickly than others). If you find a few of your baby potatoes are looking a little bit big, chop them in half before adding the garlicky seasoning.
What diets are these Garlic and Parmesan Potatoes suitable for?
This Garlic and Parmesan Potatoes recipe is suitable for gluten-free diets. It can be made suitable for vegetarians, as long as you use an Italian hard cheese, rather than Parmesan, as it contains rennet.
Please double and triple check ingredients and preparation methods if cooking for people with allergies!
