  • 320 g sheet light puff pastry
  • 2 medium peaches, stone removed and thinly sliced
  • 60 g blueberries
  • 3 tbsp extra light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp reduced sugar apricot jam
  • 1 tsp skimmed milk
