Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the puff pastry, all the way up to the edge of the scored border.

Add your sliced peaches and dot the blueberries in any of the gaps.

  • 320 g sheet light puff pastry
  • 2 medium peaches, stone removed and thinly sliced
  • 60 g blueberries
  • 3 tbsp extra light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp reduced sugar apricot jam
  • 1 tsp skimmed milk
