We’ve given burger night a festive twist with these Turkey Cranberry Burgers. Stuffed with cheese, our homemade turkey patties are so much tastier than the ones you can buy at the supermarket – and they’re lighter too, thanks to the 2% fat mince we’ve used.

Orange zest and dried cranberries give the patties a little taste of Christmas, and we’ve ramped up the seasonal flavours even more by smearing the bread rolls with a dollop of tangy cranberry sauce. Throw in some crisp, fresh lettuce and a little bit of light mayonnaise and you’ve got a banging burger for any time of year!

Serve with our Homemade Oven Chips for a Fakeaway treat that’s on the table in far less time than ordering from your favourite fast food place.

What diets are this Turkey Cranberry Burgers suitable for?

Turkey Cranberry Burgers can be enjoyed on gluten-free diets, as long as you substitute the panko breadcrumbs and bread rolls for suitable alternatives.

If you’re cooking for people with allergies, be extra careful when checking ingredients and preparing food!

Do you need any special ingredients to make Turkey Cranberry Burgers?

Nope! This is a really simple recipe – everything you need should be easy to find in your usual supermarket.
