Do you need any special ingredients to make Vegan Blackberry and Apple Crumble?

You’ll need a few special ingredients to prepare this recipe for vegan diets. Instead of standard flour and oats, we’ve used gluten-free alternatives – you’ll find them in the Free From section in supermarkets.

Make sure you use a non-dairy reduced fat spread like Flora Light. Some ‘plant-based’ brands can add dairy to their products, so be sure to check the label (especially if you’re cooking for anyone with allergies)!

For aerosol cream, we’d recommend Food Heaven Heavenly Whipped Cream as it’s completely vegan and available in the chilled aisle at most supermarkets.
