Fox’s Sugar Free Glacier Moments Strawberry and Banana Smoothie Mints – 8 calories per sweet
Everyone knows strawberry and banana is a winning flavour combo, so we had to pop these fresh-flavoured Sugar Free Glacier Moments sweets from Fox’s in the basket. Only 8 calories per boiled sweet, these fruity candies are ideal to suck on when you’ve got a hankering for an afternoon sweet treat.
Why not try a helping of freshly-sliced strawberry and banana on a stack of our Banana and Chocolate Pancakes? We’ve kept the calories nice and low by using Ready Brek oats to make our pancake batter (trust us, it really works!).
All finished off with a drizzle of Choc Shot, breakfasts don’t come much sweeter than this!

Biotiful Gut Health Kefir Yoghurt British Strawberry – 88 calories per 115g serving
There’s no denying that strawberries and strawberry-flavoured goodies are essential to British summertime. Light, fresh and fruity for only 88 calories per serving, this Biotiful Gut Health Kefir Yoghurt in British Strawberry is the perfect way to add some sunshine flavour to your day. High in immune-boosting calcium and vitamins, this gut-healthy yog makes for a tasty addition to blended fruit drinks or a bowlful of granola.
Nothing says decadent strawberry indulgence quite like our Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yoghurt. Easy to prepare and so much lighter than you’d expect (only 152 calories per serving!), it’s well worth enjoying a scoop or two while the sun’s out.

These chickpea-based puff snacks in smoky bacon from Hippeas are a handy grab-bag solution when you’re in the mood for a quick snack. Only 87 calories per packet, these bacon-seasoned baked bites are high in fibre and free from gluten and palm oil; that means they’ll fill you up nicely with no hidden nasties along the way. Winner!
An easy way to enjoy bacon without going off track, our light yet satisfying Cheesy Bacon Flatbreads are a lunchtime go-to. We love them at home or on the go when we’re in a hurry – they’re much lower in calories than fast food versions.
Our top tip? Ramp up the cheesiness by using a more mature cheddar, if you fancy it (just be sure to adjust any calories accordingly, if you’re counting!).

Sweet, zesty and filling, these Harvest Morn Fibre Now that we’ve spotted on the shelves at Aldi will steal the show in any lunchbox. We’re featuring lemon drizzle this time, but there are ‘blueberry’ and ‘birthday cake’ editions available in the range too. Sit back, relax and take your tea break up a notch with a lemony treat for only 80 calories per bar.
It wouldn’t be right to talk about lemons without mentioning our ultra-zingy Lemon Sponge Traybake. Using a list of simple ingredients, this fluffy sponge cake arrives bursting with flavour in less than 40 minutes. The real kicker is in the tart lemon curd topping – we don’t mean to brag, but it is simply the zest!

Morrisons Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms – 99 calories per mushroom
We’ve got three words for you: Garlic. Stuffed. Mushrooms. These stuffed giant mushrooms from Morrisons come filled to the brim with a moreish garlic, herb and red onion crumb. An easy way to add an extra-special touch to your plate, simply pop them in the oven for 25 minutes until they’re golden and crisp on top.
If you’re as obsessed with garlic as we are, why not plate these garlicky mushrooms up with our Creamy Garlic Salmon for a full on garlic fest? A fishy twist on our hugely popular Creamy Garlic Chicken recipe, this midweek dinner comes loaded with comforting flavour for next to no effort.

With bean sprouts, chestnut mushrooms, red peppers, spring onions, baby corn and sugar snap peas in every frozen bag, you can enjoy a nutritious, colourful midweek dinner at a moment’s notice. Simply pop them in your wok for 10 minutes until they’re piping hot. Easy peasy!
Ready in under 20 minutes, our Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry is another super convenient, veggie-filled option. By combining a simple mixture of easy-to-find ingredients to make our sweet and spicy stir-fry glaze, this filling noodle dish is a batch-friendly dream. We’ve gone for the Strawberry Daiquiri juice drink, but you can grab Piña Colada or Mojito alcohol-free options if they’re more up your street. Flavoured with strawberry puree, lemon and blackcurrant juices, each sip comes bursting with berry deliciousness for only 27 calories per glass.
Every occasion feels special with a serving of our Strawberry Daiquiri. So simple to make, with just a handful of ingredients, they’re the ideal opportunity to crack out the martini glasses. For an added bit of fun at your next summer shindig, pop the mix in the freezer and make a batch of adults-only boozy ice lollies. Just the ticket on a hot day!

Sainsbury’s Summer Edition Tandoori British Chicken Kofta Kebabs – 168 calories per 2 kebabs
Sainsbury’s have got us again! These Tandoori British Chicken Kofta Kebabs from the fabulous Summer Edition range looked too tasty to ignore. Skewered and ready to grill, these convenient chicken koftas come infused with a finger-licking good tandoori seasoning. At 168 calories for 2 kebabs, these won’t take you off track served with a fresh, crispy salad or rolled up in a wholemeal flatbread.
When it comes to an Indian-inspired Fakeaway night, we love rustling up these slimming-friendly Chicken Tikka Kebabs. By putting together a flavour-rich marinade of Tikka herbs, spices and cooling yoghurt, we’ve recreated restaurant-quality taste for far fewer calories (and they’re cheaper too!).

Who doesn’t love a melt-in-the-middle Chicken Kiev? These oven-baked, crispy-coated Chicken Breast Kievs from Iceland come with an enticing tikka twist. Coated in breadcrumbs and filled with a mildly-spiced masala filling, they’re bursting with curry flavours for only 257 calories each. Pair them with salad, rice or chips for a fantastic Fakeaway feast!

Each 333-calorie ramekin comes filled with a layer of burnt caramel on a double chocolate cookie base, finished with salted-butter caramel and topped with crisp caramel biscuit sprinkles.
We’ve topped our Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel Cream with a malty, silky cream that tastes so rich, you won’t believe these chocolatey slices come in at just 122 calories per portion.
