How to Batch

Cool the fish within 2 hours of cooking, then divide into individual portions and freeze immediately.

Swap this

Garnish the dish with finely chopped spring onion instead of chives, if you prefer.

You want chunks of salmon, so avoid stirring too much otherwise you will end up with flakes rather than chunks.

A bit of a hybrid dish, as I had half a lemon in the fridge, so added the juice, so delicious 😋
Hint for mixing the cream cheese in
I softened the cream cheese before adding it to the pan, it made it easier to stir in and didn't break any of the salmon up.
The sauce took about 10 minutes more to reduce than the recipe said, before adding the cream cheese. Can also be made with lactose or dairy free cream cheese. Tastes so rich and creamy.
This tasted delicious, amazing!
I went for fish stock and served with spinach, other green veg. It was really difficult to stir in the soft cheese, I had to remove the salmon to do this. I'm going to try cooking the salmon seperately in the oven next time and add to sauce.
Like a restaurant dish, amazing!
I served my salmon onto a bed of spinach and then added the cream cheese into the sauce. This kept the fish intact and the spinach went really well with the dish. Absolutely delicious.
