Red Bull Sugar Free The Pink Edition Forest Fruits Energy Drink featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (2 calories per 100ml).

If you’re looking for a boost on a summer’s day, this Red Bull Sugar Free The Pink Edition Forest Fruits Energy Drink could be for you. While we wouldn’t recommend drinking energy drinks every day, they’re great for now and again when you fancy a pick-me-up.

This edition is bursting with fresh-tasting fruitiness and sugar free, so you can enjoy it from the can or over ice in a glass for just 2 calories.

You know the sunshine season has started when there’s a jug of Pink Lemonade on the table. Our favourite thing about this homemade version of the fizzy-drink staple is that you can freeze the lemon syrup in ice cube trays, ready to defrost and serve.

Garnish with added raspberries, mint sprigs and ice to make every glass feel that little bit fancier.

Pinch of Nom's Pink Lemonade is served in 4 glasses over ice with striped paper straws, fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint.

Red Bull Sugar Free The Pink Edition Forest Fruits Energy Drink is available from Tesco, priced at £5.00 for a pack of 4 cans (or £3.75 with a Clubcard).

Quaker High in Protein Peanut Butter Porridge Sachets – 257 calories per serving (with 190ml semi-skimmed milk)

Peanut butter lovers will be pleased to see Quaker High in Protein Peanut Butter Porridge Sachets. Divided into 8 conveniently ready-portioned sachets, combine the oats in your choice of milk, microwave and stir until irresistibly creamy.

The peanut butter flavours are already swirled through, with added protein for slow-release energy that’ll keep you fuller for longer.

We’ve used a winning flavour combo to make our Peanut Butter and Jelly Pots into a scrumptious slimming-friendly breakfast. To give things a crunch, we’ve brought down the calories by making a granola-style mixture from scratch using rolled oats.

Rolled oats are surprisingly versatile! We’ve got sweet and savoury ideas for how you can use them in our latest blog

If you’ve never had Banana Ketchup, it’s a yummy, sweet yet tangy condiment that originates from the Philippines, coloured red to look like its tomatoey counterpart.

We’ve been huge fans from the first day we tried it, which is why we made our own version, and used it as the base for our unusual-sounding Banana Ketchup Curry.

One of those ‘don’t knock it until you’ve tried it’ dishes, we’re confident the whole family will love this flavourful fakeaway. Better yet, with the banana ketchup prepped in advance, it only takes 20 minutes to rustle up!

Two portions of Pinch of Nom's Banana Ketchup Curry are plated up with a fluffy side of basmati rice.

Plate them up with a tasty, vibrant side dish like our Greek Salad. We’ve used a nifty combination of pickling juice, red wine vinegar and a squeeze of lemon to skip the olive oil, and make our lighter version of a lip-smacking salad dressing.

Toss in a handful of reduced-fat Greek-style cheese chunks and you’re onto a summertime winner!
