Tesco Eat Your Greens Feta Salad – 151 calories per 1/2 pack

Tesco Eat Your Greens Feta Salad featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (151 calories per 1/2 pack).

Everything really IS better with feta! That’s why there’s no shortage of everyone’s favourite crumbly cheese in this Tesco Eat Your Greens Feta Salad. It’s tossed together with a refreshing, summer-ready medley of salad leaves, cucumber pieces, apple slices and wholesome grains.

The pumpkin and sunflower seeds add a gorgeous crunch, while the sweet, mildly spicy pea and chilli crush packs a punch. Ideal when you want oodles of lunchtime flavour for no effort!

Ready in 3 simple steps, our own Strawberry and Feta Salad is vibrant, versatile and crunchy – for only 192 calories per serving.

Strawberries in a salad might sound unusual but trust us, they taste heavenly on a bed of peppery rocket leaves with a sprinkling of salty feta. Just the ticket for warm evenings, you won’t regret trying this one next to grilled meats, fish or tofu.

Two plates of Pinch of Nom's Strawberry and Feta Salad are served on a table covered with a bright pink cloth. The vibrant green salad is covered with slices of fresh strawberries, crumbled feta cheese and a drizzle of balsamic dressing. Extra dressing waits in a yellow pot between the two plates.

Tesco Eat Your Greens Feta Salad is available from Tesco, priced at £3.00 per pot.

Twinings Tropical Cooler Tea Bags – 2 calories per 100ml (brewed)

Twinings Tropical Cooler Tea Bags featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (2 calories per 100ml brewed).

When it’s too hot for your usual tea or coffee, these brand-new Twinings Tropical Cooler Tea Bags have you cuppa cravings covered. You can brew a single tea bag with 200ml of water, or add five teabags to a pitcher that’ll refrigerate nicely to sip on all day.

With ice and a few extra slices of fruit (fresh peach and mint would work like a dream!), you’ll cool down in no time.

Just imagine a brunch in the sun with an iced tea, and a stack of our tropical-flavoured Piña Colada Pancakes. This fun, vibrant breakfast combines coconutty pancakes with a sticky-sweet pineapple and lime topping, to recreate the flavours from the classic cocktail.

We’ve even added a dollop of creamy fat-free Greek yoghurt on top for good measure!

A table is set for breakfast, with a pot of coffee and a mug nearby. On a white plate with a yellow rim, 3 Piña Colada Pancakes are served, with a topping of pineapples, a slice of lime and a dollop of Greek yoghurt. A knife and fork with bright blue handles are resting on the plate.

Twinings Tropical Cooler Tea Bags are available from Tesco, priced at £2.49 per box.

Morrisons Reduced Fat Caesar Dressing – 24 calories per tablespoon (15ml)

Morrisons Reduced Fat Caesar Dressing featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (24 calories per 15ml tablespoon).

This Morrisons Reduced Fat Caesar Dressing is going down a storm at Nom HQ. We can’t get enough!

While Morrisons’ standard Caesar dressing comes in at 55 calories for a drizzle (with 5.4g of fat), the reduced-fat bottle takes your salad bowl to the next level for 24 calories (and just 2.1g of fat).

That’s a slimming win-win in our book, especially when you can’t taste the difference.

When you’re next in the mood for a quick, easy and indulgent lunch or dinner, pencil our Chicken Caesar Pasta into your meal plan.

It’s got all the garlicky goodness of a Caesar salad, crunchy croutons, chicken and bacon pieces included! We’ve used reduced-fat cream cheese to lower the calories without losing creaminess.

A table is set with two plates of Pinch hof Nom's Chicken Caesar Pasta. Both portions are topped with crispy-looking garlic croutons and swirled in plenty of creamy Caesar sauce.

Morrisons Reduced Fat Caesar Dressing is available from Morrisons, priced at £1.40 per bottle.

Heinz Beanz & Richmond Sausages – 158 calories per can

Heinz Beanz & Richmond Sausages featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (158 calories per can).

When you’re feeling peckish, having a tin of Heinz Beanz & Richmond Sausages in the cupboard never hurts. A new-and-improved recipe, the pairing of classic Heinz Beanz with a juicy helping of Richmond sausages could only be one thing…utterly delicious!

Try a scoop on a slice of toast, or a crispy jacket potato, for an easy-peasy bite to eat.

Speaking of beans, we asked our fab community for their favourite baked bean brands not too long ago. You can go here to have a look at their answers (don’t forget to follow us on Instagram to chip in with our next discussion!).

Beans aren’t just a match made in heaven with sausages, they’re spot on with cheese too. Don’t believe us? Pick up a pack of sandwich thins and try our Cheesy Baked Bean Bakes.

They taste so good, you’ll never need to buy the bakery version again!

Pinch of Nom's Cheesy Baked Bean Bakes are laid out on a bright blue serving board, golden brown and fresh from the oven. One of the bakes is open with the cheesy, baked bean filling spilling out, with a small pot of ketchup to the side.

Heinz Beanz & Richmond Sausages is available from Morrisons, priced at £1.40 per can.

Roosters Gastro Hoisin Chicken Tenders With Spring Onion – 164 calories per 1/4 pack

Roosters Gastro Hoisin Chicken Tenders With Spring Onion featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (164 calories per 1/4 pack).

These Roosters Gastro Hoisin Chicken Tenders With Spring Onion are like ordering from a takeaway, for a fraction of the cost and calories. Pour the pot of sweet, sticky and tangy hoisin glaze over the tenders, and let them bake until they’re crispy and succulent.

They cook from frozen in less than 15 minutes, whether you toss everything together in your oven or your air fryer. There’s even a sachet of ready-chopped spring onions for sprinkling on top in the box – thank you, Aldi!

We can’t talk about hoisin flavours without mentioning one of our favourite fakeaways: Hoisin Chicken. Higher calorie hoisin sauces are usually made with honey and sesame oil, but we’ve kept things lighter with a handful of lower-calorie alternatives.

Our top tip? This dish tastes even better with our Air Fryer Salt and Pepper Chips (turn to page 70-71 of Pinch of Nom: Air Fryer).

A table is set with two bowls of Pinch of Nom's Hoisin Chicken as part of a Chinese restaurant-inspired spread, with chopsticks and extra hoisin sauce for drizzling.

Roosters Gastro Hoisin Chicken Tenders With Spring Onion are available from Aldi, priced at £3.49.

Daim Limited Edition Strawberry Flavour – 153 calories per bar

Daim Limited Edition Strawberry Flavour featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (153 calories per bar).

We love that these Daim Limited Edition Strawberry Flavour bars have a juicy, fruity centre that’s spot on for summer snacking! You can’t beat the classic toffee middle, and yet there’s no denying that these little pink bars will brighten up your coffee break.

The berry-flavoured bars won’t be around for long so run (don’t walk!) to the shops, if you’re interested.

If it’s strawberry sweetness you’re looking for, our Strawberry Oat Muffins are bursting with it. It only takes half an hour to rustle up a batch that you can stash in your favourite tupperware for a few days.

Enjoy them as a fluffy, filling grab-and-go breakfast, or tuck into them with a cuppa in the afternoon – they’re irresistible either way!

Six of Pinch of Nom's Strawberry Oat Muffins are plated up with fresh strawberry slices to the side. Each one is topped with a juicy strawberry slice.

Daim Limited Edition Strawberry Flavour bars are available from Iceland, priced at £1.35 for a pack of 3.

Morrisons Raita – 8 calories per 15g portion

Morrisons Raita featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (8 calories per 15g portion).

We can’t imagine an Indian-style spread of tasty, spiced dishes without a creamy dollop of raita! Buying a quick, convenient jar like this one from Morrisons doesn’t break the bank, and it’s nice and light at just 8 calories per 15g spoonful.

When it’s been opened, it’ll keep nicely in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, ready to cool down curries, kebabs or any other fiery creations on your midweek menu.

Our Garlic Mushroom Biryani isn’t the same without a pot of raita nearby. While the biryani you’ll find at restaurants and takeaways is time-consuming to prepare, we’ve cut the process down by making all of the rice, meat and veggies together in one easy pot.

Turn to pages 72-73 of our fourth cookbook, Pinch of Nom: Comfort Food to add the ingredients to your shopping list. We promise, it’ll be a hit with the whole family!

A table is set with two large serving plates of Pinch of Nom's Garlic Mushroom Biryani, with lemon wedges to squeeze on top and a small pot of cooling raita.

Morrisons Raita is available from Morrisons, priced at £1.66 per jar.

The Gym Kitchen Chicken Tikka Bites – 91 calories per pot

The Gym Kitchen Chicken Tikka Bites featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (91 calories per pot).

Head to the ‘meal deal’ section at Tesco, and you’re likely to spot these brand-new The Gym Kitchen Chicken Tikka Bites. Peel back the lid and tuck into ready-cooked chicken chunks coated in a mildly spicy, Tikka-inspired flavouring.

Far more filling than a chocolate bar or a pack of crisps, there’s 8 grams of protein for only 91 calories in each pot. Not bad at all!

Did someone say ‘chicken tikka’? Our Chicken Tikka Samosas taste so much like the real deal, it’s hard to believe they’re slimming friendly. We’ve used time-saving sheets of filo pastry to keep things simpler.

Keep an eye on your samosas while they’re in the oven – you don’t want to miss them turning gloriously golden and crisp!

A tray serves a batch of Pinch of Nom's Chicken Tikka Samosas, with a dipping sauce to the side. One of the samosas is cut open to reveal the curry-style filling inside.

The Gym Kitchen Chicken Tikka Bites are available from Tesco, priced at £1.30 per pot.

Jacobs Crisp Bites Mature Cheddar & Caramelised Onion – 120 calories per 25g serving

Jacobs Crisp Bites Mature Cheddar & Caramelised Onion featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (120 calories per 25g serving).

There are lots of flavours of brand-new Jacobs Crisp Bites to choose from! We went for Mature Cheddar & Caramelised Onion, but you can also take home Sweet Chilli and Sour Cream, Red Leicester or Smoked Paprika flavours in nifty, recyclable boxes.

If you’re a savoury snacker, you’ll be in heaven with these shareable crackers. Top them with something delicious or dip them in your favourite chutney…whatever works for you!

If you agree that cheese and onion is the ultimate flavour combo, you need to try our Cheese and Onion Pasties. Instead of puff pastry and high-calorie oils, we got creative with low-calorie tortilla wraps and low-calorie cooking spray.

The thing about using wraps for our ‘pastry’ is that it’s so versatile! We’ve got lots of other versions you can try. Don’t forget to tell us your favourite in our Facebook group.

One of Pinch of Nom's Cheese and Onion Pasties served in a bright blue plate, sliced in half with the filling of mashed potatoes, cheese and onion spilling out.

Jacobs Crisp Bites Mature Cheddar & Caramelised Onion are available from Tesco, priced at £2.00 per pack.

Sainsbury’s Tiramisu Gelato Tub, Taste the Difference – 185 calories per serving

Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Tiramisu Gelato Tub featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (185 calories per serving).

We’re always happy when tiramisu is on the menu! You can freeze this Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Tiramisu Gelato Tub until you’re ready for a scrumptious, effortless, Italian-holiday-inspired treat.

Let it rest for 5-10 minutes at room temperature before you dig in; that way, the layers of Tiramisu flavour mascarpone gelato, Marsala wine, coffee sauce and cocoa will be softened enough to spoon into a bowl.

If you’re a fiend for all things coffee, prepare to be obsessed with our Coffee and Walnut Sponge Traybake. We’ve doubled up on caffeine by swirling instant granules into our sponge, and drizzling every square with coffee-infused icing.

The crunchy bits you see on top are crushed walnuts, and they make for the perfect finishing touch!

Pinch of Nom's Coffee and Walnut Sponge Traybake is sliced into 16 individual squares, ready to be shared onto 3 separate plates. Each slice is topped with a drizzle of coffee icing and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts.

Sainsbury’s Tiramisu Gelato Tub, Taste the Difference is available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £4.50 per tub.
