Belvoir Farm Non-Alcoholic Passionfruit Martini Tropical – 31 calories per 100ml

Because it’s alcohol free, it’s instantly lighter than a real martini, at just 31 calories for 100ml. If you’re planning a celebration, a bottle of this will make sure there’s a tasty option for anyone who doesn’t drink or wants to stay on plan.
Put on a boozy option for anyone who fancies something stronger, by whipping up a pitcher of this Elderflower Gin Fizz. It’s bubbly enough to bring out for a special occasion, and it’s only 84 calories per glass.

Morrisons Pomegranate Seeds – 49 calories per 80g
Getting your hands on fresh pomegranate seeds isn’t always cheap or easy. Pre-packaged seeds from the supermarket can work out quite expensive, and extracting the seeds yourself from fresh pomegranates can be quite a faff.
If you love the delicate fruity flavour, head to the frozen aisle in Morrisons to grab a 350g bag of these Pomegranate Seeds. You can set a portion out to defrost overnight in the fridge, and then sprinkle them over your breakfast or use them to top a salad.
These are perfect for using in our Jewelled Giant Couscous recipe – it’s a rainbow coloured side dish that tastes like summer! The sweetness from the pomegranates really brings all the flavours together, and it pairs so well with grilled meats too.
Morrisons Pomegranate Seeds are available from the freezer aisle in Morrisons, priced at £1.99 for a 350g bag.
Biotiful Kefir Protein Blackcurrant – 93 calories per pot
Bored of the same old breakfasts? If you’re looking for a new brekkie, or a mid morning snack that’s fruity, filling and packed with protein, look no further. We’ve spotted this Biotiful Protein Blackcurrant Kefir, and it’s sure to get your morning off to a great start.
Kefir is similar to yoghurt, except it has even more protein and more live cultures – so it’s good for your gut. Made from British milk, it’s creamy yet light, and this version comes with a layer of tangy blackcurrant compote ready for you to mix in.
Sharp and juicy, blackcurrants are such a delicious flavour for springtime. If this kefir gets you craving more fruity goodness, don’t miss our Blackcurrant Mousse recipe. It’s everything you want from a fruit-flavoured dessert – light, airy and oh-so-sweet.
Biotiful Kefir Protein Blackcurrant is available from Ocado, priced at £1.20 for a 130g pot.

There’s no denying this is a decadent dessert, but it’s more slimming friendly than you might think. Each trifle serves 4 people, with 202 calories in each portion – so it can easily be worked into your calories or Points allowance for the week.
If you prefer your trifle a little more traditional (with some jelly in it), our Chocolate Orange Trifles never disappoint – rich, smooth chocolate custard AND a zesty orange jelly. Dig down to the bottom for a Jaffa Cake surprise!

Try dipping in your fries or adding it into a chicken burger for a spicy kick. We think it’s the ultimate choice to pour over your KFC Fakeaway – just as good as a trip to the chicken shop but SO much healthier and cheaper too!
Why not go all out and make this KFC Zinger Burger Fakeaway this weekend? There are no secret herbs and spices involved, just Doritos and juicy chicken! Add some Sweet Potato Fries and a pot of this hot and spicy gravy for dipping on the side.
Bisto American Hot & Spicy Gravy Granules are available from Tesco, priced at £1.00 per sachet.

Buttons are so much easier to share and portion out – 10 buttons comes to 135 calories, so you can count them out and then seal the bag back up for another day. Caramilk is made from white chocolate, so it’s super creamy, with extra caramel-y sweetness. Put the kettle on and share the bag around!
Love caramel? These Banana and Caramel Filo Rolls are one of our favourite puds. Not only are they beginner friendly (no baking skills required!), they look proper fancy and they’re LOADED with sweet, sweet caramel sauce.
