2.5 Syn Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Soup | Slimming World

When you’re on the go all day, sometimes it’s difficult to fit in a sensible lunch. You can have this 2.5 Syn Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Soup on the table in less than 10 minutes thanks to Naked Noodle.

We adore noodle pots, especially ones that are Slimming World friendly!

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb 👍

Naked Noodle Pots come in fourteen flavours: Thai Sweet Chilli, Cantonese Hoisin Duck, Malaysian Laksa, Thai Tom Yum, Vietnamese Beef Pho, Japanese Teriyaki, Singapore Curry, Thai Massaman Curry, Chinese Firecracker Chicken, Thai Coconut & Lemongrass, Thai Green Curry, Chinese Hot & Sour Ramen, Thai Chilli Chicken Ramen & Chinese Chow Mein. Slimming World have introduced changes to the Syns of Naked Noodle pots. They range from 2.5 Syns (such as Japanese Teriyaki) to at most 4.5 Syns (Thai Coconut & Lemongrass). It’s worth noting that they’re all veggie friendly!

Naked Noodle use real egg noodles and natural, real ingredients with no artificial colours or preservatives. They’ve simply been dried and rehydrate back to life when you add the hot water.

They’re great if you need a quick snack or lunch, just add boiling water and wait for a few minutes and you’re done. You can even ‘jazz them up’ a bit like we’ve done with the Japanese Teriyaki flavour.

It’s easy to see why the Naked Noodle range is SO Slimming World friendly!

Making them into a soup like this 2.5 Syn Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Soup, packs them full of speed food and makes a snack pot into a meal.

You can buy Naked Noodle from; Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, The Co-Op & Booths.

  1. Hi, I would like to make this, is there anything else I could use instead of mushrooms as my hubby is allergic to them. I struggle to know what to use in their place in recipes, so usually leave them out. However, if there is something I could use instead then I would prefer to use it, especially if it is a speed veg.

    Many thanks in advance 🙂

    1. Hi Christina
The recipe is for one portion, so we would really recommend that you cook it when you’re ready to eat it. It probably wouldn’t reheat that well.
