What do I need to make these Chicken Teriyaki Kebabs?

These Chicken Teriyaki Kebabs are so simple to make.

You’ll need some metal skewers like these from Amazon.

These flat type metal skewers work really well on a barbecue or on the oven as they prevent the meat from spinning around so it’s easier to make sure they’re evenly cooked.

You could use bamboo skewers though you would need to soak them in water beforehand to make sure they don’t burn. They’re not reusable either!

You can use your metal skewers over and over again, so why not try these Chicken Tandoori Kebabs?

You can give these Chicken Teriyaki Kebabs an extra kick by adding more chilli flakes, or leave them out if you don’t like spicy food.

  1. Looks really delicious and I have my chicken marinating for tonight, Can I ask if this marinade would work for salmon ? Thanks.

  2. Making these now the marinate tastes delicious I’m not putting the thighs onto skewers im just cooking hole in oven

  3. For batch cooking/freezing would you cook the kebabs and then freeze, later defrost and reheat, or would you marinade then freeze, defrost and then cook? Many thanks
