We love a good roast dinner, but since starting on the Slimming World journey we’ve kind of deprived ourselves of a few things. Stuffing is one of those things. Until now! These Half Syn Stuffing Balls are AMAZING!!!

We’ve seen a lot of people talking about using Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary sausages to make stuffing, but never quite got round to trying it. So, we thought we’d have a go. Now we’re wondering why we didn’t try it sooner!
We’ve used 30g of wholemeal bread, which works out at 3 syns, so that’s 0.5 syns per stuffing ball.
It’s really simple to make these Half Syn Stuffing Balls, just throw it all in a bowl give it a good stir, then shape them into balls. A really easy way to liven up a roast!
