We love a good roast dinner, but since starting on the Slimming World journey we’ve kind of deprived ourselves of a few things. Stuffing is one of those things. Until now! These Half Syn Stuffing Balls are AMAZING!!!
We’ve seen a lot of people talking about using Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary sausages to make stuffing, but never quite got round to trying it. So, we thought we’d have a go. Now we’re wondering why we didn’t try it sooner!
We’ve used 30g of wholemeal bread, which works out at 3 syns, so that’s 0.5 syns per stuffing ball.
It’s really simple to make these Half Syn Stuffing Balls, just throw it all in a bowl give it a good stir, then shape them into balls. A really easy way to liven up a roast!
When ever we need to replace oil to cook things in the oven we use Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free!
