For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb 👍

We’ve seen a lot of people talking about using Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary sausages to make stuffing, but never quite got round to trying it. So, we thought we’d have a go. Now we’re wondering why we didn’t try it sooner!

Half Syn Stuffing Balls | Slimming World

We’ve used 30g of wholemeal bread, which works out at 3 syns, so that’s 0.5 syns per stuffing ball.

Whenever we need to replace oil in cooking we use Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free! The Sunflower or Rapeseed flavours are ideal for these Half Syn Stuffing Balls.

  1. Hi is it safe to freeze them before cooking if already defrosted the sausages? Wouldn’t they have to be cooked to freeze? Many thanks fran
