How many Syns are in this Veggie Meatballs with Onions and Mustard Sauce?

This recipe uses vegetarian meatballs, but you can obviously use proper meatballs instead. We’ve used Quorn Swedish Style balls which are Syn free – just remember to check the Syns on whatever you decide to use.

We’ve used Philadelphia Lightest in these Veggie Meatballs with Onions and Mustard Sauce. To keep the Syns as low as possible, you could use a different soft cheese, but just remember to add the Syns accordingly.

Philadelphia Lightest is no longer a Healthy Extra A, and we don’t think this recipe would work with any other current HEA, therefore the Syns have been adjust to reflect the change.

These Veggie Meatballs are just 2 Syns per portion!

You can serve these Veggie Meatballs with Onions and Mustard Sauce with loads of different speed foods. Why not try something from our Slimming World Speed Food List.
