Season with salt and pepper. If the sauce still seems a bit thick, add a tablespoon or two of water and mix in to loosen further.

Step 6

Once everything is prepared, plate up the meatballs and pour the sauce over!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Quorn Meat Free Swedish Style Meatballs
  • 2 red onions chopped into half moons
  • 75 g Philadelphia Lightest
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • low calorie cooking spray
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Is there any other ingredient I could use to replace the quorn?

    Hi Cristiane,
    We used Quorn meatballs, but you could use any ready made veggie meatballs. You will have to recalculate the nutritional values if they are important to you.
