These Low Syn Bellini Popsicles taste so much better than the shop bought version, which were really difficult to get hold of last year due to their popularity.
You can also change the flavours to suit your tastes – try some different concentrated squashes and make a selection!

These Low Syn Bellini Popsicles are just 1.5 Syns each! That’s a huge saving on the shop bought version – and they’re properly alcoholic! It’s as great way of making a little alcohol go a long way.

How do I make this Low Syn Bellini Popsicles?
Pour all of the ingredients into a jug. Fill each silicone popsicle case 3/4 full – do not over fill as the volume will increase as they freeze.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid, overnight is best. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
