We absolutely love ice lollies, and one way to make them even tastier is to add a good old serving of gin! These lollies burst with elderflower flavour – although you can try other flavoured squashes or cordials to experiment with the recipe.
As they’re so easy to make and take no time at all to put together, we recommend batch-making these popsicles so they’re in the freezing waiting for you as soon as the sun decides to make an appearance!
