These have always been a real favourite of mine, and they are normally really calorific due to the buttery pastry and high-fat cheese. You need to be delicate when rolling them out but they are well worth the effort!
I like to serve these Low Syn Cheese Palmiers with some carrot and cucumber sticks, and with a dip. The Arla tomato and basil quark is perfect for this, with a little dusting of paprika – YUMMM!!
