This spaghetti is pretty easy to make, and all you’ll need (apart from the ingredients!) is a micro grater to get super fine lemon zest.

We use a Deiss grater because they are very sharp and are perfect for fine zesting – but also work really well for finely grating cheese which makes your Healthy Extra A go much further!

This Deiss grater is perfect for the grated cheese in this Syn Free Hunters Chicken recipe!

    1. Hi Mintwasabe
You could try using quark, but it’s not as stable as Philadelphia when heated, due to being fat free. This means it may split during cooking, so you should make sure you add the quark off the heat. 🙂

    1. Hi Kirsty
No need to cook it first, the smoked salmon is ready to eat, straight from the packet. You mix half of the salmon in with the spaghetti and sauce, then top the dish with the remaining salmon to serve. Enjoy! 🙂

    1. Hi Amanda
We haven’t given this recipe a freezer symbol on the recipe card, as we’re not sure how well it would freeze. You should be fine to use creme fraiche, but you’d need to adjust Syn values accordingly. Thanks for getting in touch! 🙂
