With just 6 ingredients (7 if you include the optional hot sauce!) this soup is so quick and easy to make. You can have it ready in under an hour!
Sadly, there’s no way to make this Low Syn Curried Parsnip and Apple Soup syn free. If you want to add fruit to a soup then you’re going to have to syn it.
The overall syns for this work out at 1.5 for the whole lot which would work out at 0.3 syns per serving. Having said that we should always round it up so lets call it half a syn per portion.
