Sadly, there’s no way to make this Low Syn Curried Parsnip and Apple Soup syn free. If you want to add fruit to a soup then you’re going to have to syn it.

Low Syn Curried Parsnip and Apple Soup

The overall syns for this work out at 1.5 for the whole lot which would work out at 0.3 syns per serving. Having said that we should always round it up so lets call it half a syn per portion.

Whenever we need to replace oil in cooking we use Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free! The Sunflower or Olive Oil flavours are ideal for this Low Syn Curried Parsnip and Apple Soup recipe.

  1. This isn’t just “good for Slimming World” this is awesome for everyone. Really lovely velvety with great balance of flavours. Good without but the Frank’s sauce absolutely takes to the next level. I’d serve this at a dinner party happily. Five stars.
