My recipe for Low Syn Garlic & Chilli Pasta will indeed bring all the boys and girls to your yard, because it is THAT good. A little bit naughty, but oh so good at the same time.

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb 👍

A great hark back to a proper Italian meal you enjoyed on your package holiday to Spain!

It’s surprising how bad this meal feels, because it is oh so tasty, but not that bad for you at all!

Taking into account a few syns for the olives and using feta cheese as half your Healthy Extra A choice, this is an absolutely cracking Slimming World treat. Great for a special occasion or just to treat yourself at the end of a long week. Enjoy!

If you prefer not to use part of your HEA it’s 6 syns for 45g of Feta, split between the 2 portions, so that’s 3 syns each. You could of course use reduced fat Greek Style Salad Cheese, which is 65g for your HEA.

    1. Hi Julie
The recipe lists 250g of dried rigatoni in the ingredients for two generous portions, which, when served with speed vegetables, will make a substantial meal. Hope this helps.

  1. Delicious 😋 actually thought it wasn’t better than what you get in a restaurant, and the whole family loved it 😍
