A great hark back to a proper Italian meal you enjoyed on your package holiday to Spain!
It’s surprising how bad this meal feels, because it is oh so tasty, but not that bad for you at all!
Taking into account a few syns for the olives and using feta cheese as half your Healthy Extra A choice, this is an absolutely cracking Slimming World treat. Great for a special occasion or just to treat yourself at the end of a long week. Enjoy!
If you prefer not to use part of your HEA it’s 6 syns for 45g of Feta, split between the 2 portions, so that’s 3 syns each. You could of course use reduced fat Greek Style Salad Cheese, which is 65g for your HEA.
