Low Syn Garlic & Chilli Pasta | Slimming World

My recipe for Low Syn Garlic & Chilli Pasta will indeed bring all the boys and girls to your yard, because it is THAT good. A little bit naughty, but oh so good at the same time.

Chilli & Garlic Pasta

A great hark back to a proper Italian meal you enjoyed on your package holiday to Spain!

It’s surprising how bad this meal feels, because it is oh so tasty, but not that bad for you at all!

Taking into account a few syns for the olives and using feta cheese as half your Healthy Extra A choice, this is an absolutely cracking Slimming World treat. Great for a special occasion or just to treat yourself at the end of a long week. Enjoy!

If you prefer not to use part of your HEA it’s 6 syns for 45g of Feta, split between the 2 portions, so that’s 3 syns each. You could of course use reduced fat Greek Style Salad Cheese, which is 65g for your HEA.
