If you have the patience, they’re pretty much foolproof. Just take your time!!
Control the heat all you like, add as much or as little Chilli as you like. We like ours with a bit of a kick, reminiscent of Arrabbiata.
As for Asparagus, if you’ve never had it, make sure to give it a try. It’s about to come into season here in the UK (April – June) , and you cannot beat the taste of fresh Asparagus. Omg, one of the best things in the world in my opinion!
It just so happens to be a speed food on the Slimming World Extra Easy plan – winner winner chicken dinner.
You can also add what ever speed you want to put in here too – the more the merrier. As always we recommend you use Cirio tinned tomatoes – the best in our opinion & well worth it when they’re on offer!
