By now you’ll probably know that Chinese used to be a firm favourite of ours, pre Slimming World days. But, as is the way with most things that we enjoyed, it’s not very Slimming World friendly. So we decided to make our own version. Here’s our Syn Free Fakeaway Fried Rice recipe.

We do have another Fried Rice recipe up on the site. This Syn Free Fakeaway Fried Rice is even easier, and more importantly, just as tasty.
We serve ours with our own Chip Shop style Mushy Pea Curry sauce.
However, if we don’t have time we use Mayflower Curry Sauce. It’s one of the lowest out there for Syns.You can add whatever meat you want to this recipe. You could try beef, pork or even prawns instead of chicken.
