Place them on a tray, flat side up, then spray them will some low calorie cooking spray. Sprinkle them with a few tablespoons of the seasoning.
Step 4
Place the courgettes in a food bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.
Step 5
Place the courgettes on the BBQ, flat side down and grill for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6
When they have softened and they are nicely marked, turn them over and turn the grill temperature down slightly (or move the courgettes to a cooler part of the grill).
Step 7
Allow to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the courgettes are cooked through.

How do you know when Grilled / BBQ Courgettes are cooked?
The courgettes need to be grilled for 5-10 minutes and once they have softened and nicely marked, turn them over and turn the grill temperature down slightly.
Allow to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the courgettes are cooked through.
