I adore a good stuffing! Ok, jokes aside – stuffing is one of the best components of a Christmas lunch. So nice with Turkey, Chicken, Goose or even Pork. My mouth is watering just typing this.
This Syn Free Sage And Onion Stuffing recipe is almost so simple that it doesn’t warrant a recipe. The Balsamic lifts the taste, and makes the onions taste sweeter. It sounds odd I know, but just try it. You’ll be amazed!

Baking it in a foil tray also means no washing up! We like to make this up a couple of days in advance, then bung it in the oven when the roasties go in. We buy ours in bulk from Amazon, but you can probably pick these up in the supermarket too.
Talking of supermarkets, you can get the Linda McCartney sausages too. They’ll be in the freezer along with the other veggie goodies. That’s probably why you’ve never seen them if they don’t ring a bell.
It’s easy to portion up too, just tip it out and slice. It serves 4 adults pretty easily, but you can make it go even further if you like. It’s also veggie friendly, which is a big bonus.
