We posted our Bacon, Bean and Egg Bakes a few weeks ago. They proved to be quite popular and people started asking what else they could add so we thought we’d post this Syn Free Sausage, Mushroom and Tomato Breakfast Bake as an alternative.

This is syn free if you use Slimming World syn free sausages, and the 10g of cheese per serving as 1/4 of your HEA (otherwise it’s 1.5 syns per portion).
You can of course use whatever sausages you like, but don’t forget to Syn them accordingly
As with the Bacon, Bean and Egg Bakes this Syn Free Sausage, Mushroom and Tomato Breakfast Bake are really quick and easy to make, and you can even prepare them the night before (minus the egg of course) and leave them in the fridge so all you have to do is crack the egg on top and pop them in the oven or microwave them in the morning.
Don’t forget, cooking times will vary depending on your microwave or oven, the size of dish you use and how you like your eggs, so we’ve given you a rough guide for both. I like a runny yolk so 15 minutes in the oven was perfect for me.
