These Syn Free Vegetable Tarts have bags of flavour with soft peppers, onions, courgettes and tomatoes.
The crispy “pastry” of the Weight Watchers wrap is the perfect substitute for Syn filled pastry!
You could make one large tart if you wanted, but these individual Syn Free Vegetable Tarts are great for portion control, particularly as they use your Healthy Extra B in the Weight Watchers wrap.

These tarts are pretty easy to make!
We used some individual ceramic pie dishes to make these Syn Free Vegetable Tarts, which you can get from Amazon.

How many Syns are in these Syn Free Vegetable Tarts?
These Syn Free Vegetable Tarts are, as the name suggests, Syn Free, ONLY if you use the Weight Watchers wrap as your Healthy Extra B, otherwise they will be 5.5 Syns each.
They’re pretty much just made up of Speed food!
You could serve these Syn Free Vegetable Tarts with a jacket potato and salad, or on their own for a light lunch.
If you wanted to, you could even add some Healthy Extra A cheese to the top of these tarts before they go in the oven.
How do I make these Syn Free Vegetable Tarts?
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Using the base of the individual pie dish as a guide, cut the wrap, allowing enough at the edges to form the sides of the pie.
Cut the edges of the wrap into “tabs”.
Spray the individual pie dish with Frylight and push the wrap firmly into the dish, squeezing the “tabs” together where they overlap. Place in the oven for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onions, peppers and courgette into small dice. Fry in a frying pan with some Frylight for 5 minutes until soft.
Slice the cherry tomatoes into 3 and add them to the vegetables for another minute.
In a small bowl, mix the passata, basil, oregano and garlic powder. Distribute between the two tart cases, leaving a couple of tablespoons.
Add in the vegetables to the tarts and top with the remaining passata mix. Cook in the oven for 12 minutes.
Remove the tarts from the oven and serve immediately. You can either remove them from the individual pie dishes, or leave them in there!
