How do I make these Syn Free Vegetable Tarts?

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Using the base of the individual pie dish as a guide, cut the wrap, allowing enough at the edges to form the sides of the pie.

Cut the edges of the wrap into “tabs”.

Whenever we need to replace oil in cooking we use Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free! We used the Avocado one for this Syn Free Vegetable Tarts recipe, and it was fab! The Olive Oil Frylight would also be great in this recipe.
