There’s nothing more refreshing than a popsicle and these Bellini Popsicles are a real hit, bursting with peach flavour – although you can try other flavoured squashes to experiment with the recipe.

If you’d prefer alcohol-free popsicles then you can experiment with flavours – why not try some lemonade with peach to make an alcohol free Bellini Popsicle?

You could also add some fresh fruit into the popsicles before freezing – raspberries or strawberries would work really well.

Ingredients

  • 150 mls prosecco
  • 100 mls no added sugar peach squash
  • 50 mls soda water
