Air Fryer Caramelized Baked Apples
Soft, sweet and perfect for dessert – or even breakfast – these Caramelized Baked Apples are a firm favourite in our kitchen, and we’ve no doubt they will be in yours, too. All it takes to give the apples their sweet, melt-in-the-mouth texture is a dusting of cinnamon, a drizzle of low-calorie caramel syrup and 15 minutes in your air fryer. Then it’s onto your granola topping – a mixture of oats, pecans and the remaining syrup that adds a crunchy texture and even more fibre. Serve on their own or with a dollop of fat-free Greek yoghurt!
