It doesn’t get much simpler than this curry – and since it’s only mild in flavour, it’s bound to be a hit with the whole family. To save on time, we’ve mixed a ready-made curry paste with tomato puree – spiked with a hint of garlic and ginger for the gentlest of kicks. The coconut milk makes the sauce light and creamy, while your trusty air fryer keeps the chicken juicy and veggies fresh.
