Air Fryer Chilli Cottage Pie Jackets

There’s a reason we’re all obsessed with jacket potatoes – they’re comforting, easy to rustle up, and the topping possibilities are endless. For this recipe, we’ve hollowed out the potatoes to make room for our hearty, veggie-rich chilli filling – saving the potato flesh to pile on top with golden melty cheese. We’ve gone for beef mince, but it works just as well with pork or turkey. A perfect warmer when the evenings start to get a bit cooler.
