These Air Fryer Crispy Fish Burgers are far more impressive than a fish finger butty. Piled high with crispy-coated cod fillets, peppery rocket leaves and tartare mayonnaise, they’re something to look forward to on your midweek menu.
We’ve ramped up the flavour by taking a tablespoon of tartare sauce, and stirring it together with zingy lemon juice and light mayonnaise. It’s the perfect flavour combination to complement your crunchy cod fillets, without ramping up the calories a great deal.
You can serve these fishy burgers with a fresh mixed salad, if you’re in the mood for a lighter dinner. We like to upgrade them with Homemade Oven Chips or Sweet Potato Fries, to turn them into a proper fakeaway burger night feast.
If you’d rather make these burgers in your oven, follow this recipe.
