A Moroccan-inspired recipe with fragrant flavours, tender lamb is cut into strips and coated in a lightly spiced batter that’s packed with flavour. Simply pop the strips into your air fryer until they’re deliciously crisp. Coated in an orange and pomegranate sauce and served with fluffy rice that can be rustled up while the lamb cooks, you can tick off all the food groups with little hassle.
