Air Fryer Maple, Date and Tahini Granola
Granola… in your air fryer? Yep, you’d better believe it! This delicious and nutritious breakfast is simple and easy to make – ready in just 20 minutes! It’s easily adapted to suit your preferences too. We’ve used tahini paste, dates and cinnamon for a Middle Eastern-inspired twist – but if you’d rather go old school, you can switch out the tahini for any nut butter, and swap the dates for any dried fruit of your choice. We’ve given you some suggestions in our tips, so breakfast will never be boring again!

You could also serve with 150g fat-free Greek yoghurt (67 kcal per serving) and 100g mixed berries (30 kcal per serving).
