What happens if you cross a quesadilla and a cheeseburger? You get this delicious Baked Cheeseburger Wrap!
We’ve taken all the best bits of a cheeseburger (including the gherkins!) and wrapped them up in soft, floury tortillas to create this supersize wrap.
It gets baked in the oven, until the tortillas are crunchy and golden, and then it can be sliced into individual servings and dished up with salad, chips and a good dollop of our homemade burger sauce.
At just 275 calories per portion, did we mention this is slimming friendly too? What more could you ask for?
The whole family is going to love this, and you’ll never miss the burger bun.

This Baked Cheeseburger Wrap can be enjoyed on a gluten free diet, as long as you substitute the tortilla wraps for suitable gluten free alternatives.
You could also make this recipe dairy free by replacing the Cheddar cheese and light mayo with dairy free versions.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the beef mince, red onion, garlic granules, onion granules and cumin. Mix thoroughly until combined. Spray the frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and press the beef mince into the bottom of the pan to make an even disc, like one big burger.
Step 3
Set the pan on a medium heat and cook for 3 minutes. Flip the burger over and cook the other side for a further 3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the burger from the pan and wipe off any crispy bits. Spray again with low calorie cooking spray. Cut 2 of the tortilla wraps into 4. Arrange 7 of the pieces around the edge of the pan overlapping the edges. Use the 8th piece to cover the middle of the pan.
Step 5
Spread the tomato ketchup over the wraps and top with the cheese slices. Arrange the gherkins on top of the cheese and then place the burger on the top.
Step 6
Place the remaining whole tortilla wrap on top of the burger and fold in the edges of the cut tortilla wraps to encase the burger and filling. If the edges are popping up, weigh down with a sheet of greaseproof paper and bowl or plate.
Step 7
Pop the pan into the oven for 15 minutes until the top of the wrap is golden brown and crispy.
Step 8
While the burger wrap is cooking, combine the burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Flip the burger wrap out onto a plate and serve with the burger sauce and lettuce.
