Our twist on the classic chicken Kiev throws the usual garlic butter combo out of the window and instead combines barbecue flavours with gooey cheese and crispy breadcrumbs … what’s not to like?! The liquid smoke can be found in most supermarkets among the condiments and sauces. It makes the sauce taste like a proper barbecue sauce, but it can totally be made without it, too.

Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
Use a cocktail stick to hold the chicken breasts together once filled, if required. Keep back some barbecue sauce (being careful not to contaminate it with raw chicken) to use as a dip for your Kievs.
