We’ve used our favourite trick of swapping pastry for tortilla wraps – don’t judge it until you’ve tried it! The wraps get all golden and crispy in the oven, giving you that perfect crunch when you bite into these delicious parcels. 

We’ve mixed together cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes, ham and some Cheddar (because there’s no such thing as too much cheese) to stuff inside these pastries. You can just imagine how cheesy and delicious they are fresh from the oven! 

At just 178 calories each, they’re ideal for a mid-afternoon snack or you can add some chips or salad on the side to turn them into a lovely lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 low-calorie tortilla wraps
  • 25 g reduced fat Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 20 g spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 60 g wafer thin ham, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • ½ egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper, to taste
