How many calories are in this Christmas Lasagne?
There are only 535 calories in one serving of this Christmas Lasagne, which means it falls into our Special Occasion category. Spray a large non-stick pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat. Add the leeks, mushrooms, and garlic, and fry gently for 8-10 minutes — until softened.

Pour in the milk and stock and bring to a boil. Add in the cornflour slurry and stir for a minute or two, until thickened.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.
Step 4
Stir the pigs in blankets, turkey, dijon mustard, and sage into the sauce. Then cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in half of the grated Cheddar. If needed, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place a third of the sauce into the bottom of the lasagne dish. Layer with half the lasagne sheets, repeating until you reach the top of the dish. Ending with a layer of sauce.
Step 6
Sprinkle over the grated cheddar, then tear the brie into small chunks and dot over the top.
Step 6
Place in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling. Then serve!

How do you know when Christmas Lasagne is ready?
You can tell your Christmas Lasagne is ready when the veg has softened and the cheese topping is golden and bubbling. This should take 40-45 minutes in your oven.
Here in the UK, standard advice is to cook food until it has reached 75°C and stayed at that temperature for 2 minutes. This is to keep you and whoever it is you’re cooking for safe.
How long can you keep Christmas Lasagne in the fridge?
