Creamy Chicken and Lemon Noodle Soup
Is it just us or is a bowl of chicken soup the definition of comfort food? This soup is simple to make and a great way to use up leftover cooked chicken breasts. To build up satisfying, cosy flavours, we’ve used lots of veggies, smooth cream cheese and an unexpected zesty lemon twist. The perfect pick-me-up if you’re feeling under the weather!
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
If you don't have any chicken leftovers, poach 2 small skinless breasts in water for 20 minutes, until cooked through. You can then use the poaching liquid to make the stock with the stock cubes.
Substitute linguine for spaghetti if you prefer.Swap the fresh basil for 1 teaspoon of dried basil.
