This comforting crowd-pleasing dish is a whole meal in one pie! The chicken, green beans and roasted cherry tomatoes are simmered in a Tuscan-inspired sauce, topped with garlicky mashed potato and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan. Hearty and flavoursome, this recipe is made for batch cooking. Pop left overs into containers and freeze for another day.

You could use vegetarian hard cheese, veggie stock and substitute the chicken for diced Quorn fillets if you wanted to try a meat free version of this dish.

We've used 2 cloves of garlic in the filling and 1 teaspoon of garlic granules in the mashed potato - if you prefer a stronger garlic flavour you could add another clove or 2 to the filling.
